Work Performed:
The cracked windowpane was removed (leaving one pane), the guy left to cut a custom pane of glass based on his (more precise) measurements. He returned roughly 30 minutes later to install the new glass. Overall, it was painless except for the $195.08 bill.
Pros:

- Accept credit cards;
- ID and proof of insurance were displayed when asked;
- All required tools were on hand.
Cons:
- I did not have time to do any price shopping (just looked for credentials), so I have no idea if $195 (for both parts and labor) is a good or bad price.
