So close to being done with the repairs and the contracts:

Water/Sewer line charges:

  • Switching over the water and sewer account.
  • Resolution of any payments due prior to closing.
  • possible damage to water meter (cannot be resolved before January 30th DEP appointment).

Electrical:

  • Inspection of building electrical to determine the cause of intermittent socket & light failures.

Chimney:

  • General contractor to repair damage to 2nd floor wall.

Back yard:

  • construction equipment removal.

Second floor terrace:

  • Waterproofing and flashing to prevent additional/future leaks.
