Experience: The cracked window pane was removed (leaving one pane), the guy left to cut a custom pane of glass based on his (more precise) measurements. He returned roughly 30 minutes later to install the new glass. Overall, it was painless except for the $195.08 bill.

Pros:

  • Quick response to initial call;
  • Accept credit cards;
  • ID and proof of insurance were displayed when asked;
  • All required tools were on hand.

Cons:

  • I did not have time to do any price shopping (just looked for credentials), so I have no idea if $195 (for both parts and labor) is a good or bad price.
