Almost biblical at this point…
So the lawyers are talking again. The seller is now interested in closing on more traditional terms, with a clear title, no outstanding taxes or liens and with my own financing. At this point I’m still kind’ve burnt on the entire deal, but hey, if it works out — I think I can get over the crapstorm that made up my previous few weeks.
On a totally unrelated note, Ruby Foo’s makes some really good Kung Pow Chicken (so I celebrated Closing day #1)..
