The seller is now interested in closing on more traditional terms, with a clear title, no outstanding taxes or liens and with my own financing. At this point I&#8217;m still kind&#8217;ve burnt on the entire deal, but hey, if it works out &#8212; I think I can get over the crapstorm that made up my previous few weeks.<\/p>\n<p> On a totally unrelated note, <a title=\"Ruby Foos Has Good Kung Pow Chicken\" href=\"http:\/\/www.brguestrestaurants.com\/restaurants\/ruby_foos_times_square\/index.php\">Ruby Foo&#8217;s<\/a> makes some really good Kung Pow Chicken (so I celebrated Closing day #1)..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Almost biblical at this point&#8230;<br \/>\nSo the lawyers are talking again.
