If this deal is going to happen, it&#8217;s going to be with a traditional closing and terms or in a foreclosure sale. Would&#8217;ve been nice to know that the deal was not going to happen before I took the day off from work (unpaid), but my attorney wanted to let me know in person &#8212; either that or he just enjoys engaging in shouting matches with his clients.<\/p>\n<p> Had a real estate salesguy show me a place that was billed as a two family, but a minute before we got inside, he said it&#8217;s actually zoned as a two family but it&#8217;s really a mother daughter (where no internal blocks separate the house into two separate and distinct units).
